Beni Trutmann Photographic contest

With two categories: digital photography and traditional photography.

The Formentera Town Council has organised the fourth edition of the Beni Trutmann Photographic Contest. The competition has the nature of the island as a theme and intends to be a tribute to Beni Trutmann, Swiss photographer, who died in 2002 in his home in La Mola, after having photographed like nobody all the charm of the island nature and society.

The competition is open to everyone and includes two categories: digital photography and traditional photography. There will be three prices per category: 350 euros for the winner, 200 euros for the second and 100 for the third. The pictures can be hand out to the Formentera Town Council until April 21st.

This tribute to Beni Trutmann will be complemented by the exhibition of a selection of the photographs presented to the the contest that will take place from April 28th to May 10th, in the Exhibitions Hall of the Formentera Town Council.
