Formentera for peace. No to War!

Next Saturday, February 15, at 1 p.m., outside the Sant Francesc Town Hall, there will be a demonstration against the war in Iraq. During the event, at 1.30 p.m., a unitary declaration signed by the organisations and associations of the island will be read. The movement is part of the Day of Global Action against the war, day in which demonstrations will take place all over the world.

Meanwhile, the Formentera Town Council is preparing an institutional declaration against the war in Iraq that will be presented in the next plenary session for its approval.
